Jim,

That was obvious, that's why they beat estimates by -137%, with that great business model of theirs, the more they sell, the more they lose.

I know it is very popular to post it here over and over, but it is not the case. The first chip is the most expensive. After that, the more you sell, the less you lose, and at some point, you start to make money. AMD just never gets that far.

What do you think Intel earnings would be if they sold only 2.7 million chips (or whatever the number of chips AMD sold)?
