Your own good judgement- OK when do you enter? when do you exit? how long do you hold? how long do you wait?
I would think you need some sort of TA to enter pennies as well and exit too. Of course most people use no TA- so what do I know.
Recommended for pennies: try MACD's. See if that helps.
