I get letters all the time concerning class action suites against companies I have owned in the past. Invariably the result is huge fees for the lawyers and a pittance for the investors. What investors get is usually not worth the trouble of filling out the paperwork . IMHO,it's's a cozy little racket between judges (lawyers) , defending lawyers, and plaintiff lawyers. The plaintiff lawyers get most of the money, and as a stockholder (owner) you wind up paying for it.

Why not do both?

My point is that the BOD needs to hear from the shareholders that Forbes is not who they want running this company EVER! Even if he has no real culpability, which is still an open question, he must be responsible, particularly considering his reactions to the whole mess, for what happened under his command. The man is either a criminal or an idiot, neither of which instills confidence in his abilities going forward.

Goodluck all, JL
