Don, thank you for providing the data regarding a 144 sale (or pending sale). It is very interesting and informative. Don, FWIW, it should be noted that I was responding to what was clearly a question asking who Joe Clark was. That information was quoted verbatim from the source cited. I neither had nor have an opinion as to whether Clark has sold or was still planning to sell the quantity of Harken shares indicated. I had never heard of the gentleman until I looked him up in Harken's 10K today and have no knowledge of whether he has sold any or all of the shares indicated. Gator II
