Gino, calling my good friend graystone pinocchio is unparliamentary.

I can tell you he knows whether he is Italian so he doesn't need someone else to tell him that. Unless he was adopted.

My mother used to read me the dialogues of plato when I was young and dantes inferno.

The parable of the caves tells us that people who see things imperfectly will ridicule those who have seen the light. they prefer the shadows and the ones who have seen light will interpret the darkness imperfectly. I can't see a damned thing on SI but when I go outside I see a bad mining market. real bad. And I see desparate companies.

there is a saying in latin that those who tell the truth are considered scoundrels by those who do not wish to hear it.

A Good Opportunity
or
Speaking of Puppets

I answer this question a lot.
Many people think that I am somebody else on SI.
It doesn't matter if you believe me, this is SI.

I will however tell you that I do not post on SI as anyone else, period. I have a single account, I am a single poster. I did co-author posts with a good friend of mine, long ago, the account has been permanently deleted but it was not me, it was us.
I have borrowed a friends account (at least I hope he is still a friend), I did this once when I was jillted from SI for throwing stones, I did my best to be obvious <g>. I do that.

I did go to see Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, actually, my wife Rocks decided we were going. We travelled out of town to see the show and stayed overnight in a nice downtown hotel. We made reservations for an early dinner (4:30)and guess who was in the restaurant, Donny Osmond, we were actually the only other table besides Mr. Osmond. Rocks, who is a tremendous fan of Mr. Osmonds was literally shaking when he came over and said hello. He asked us if we would like to join him while he had coffee and dessert but my wife was paralyzed, like a rabbit in the headlights, if you know what I mean. She just refused to budge, just sat their and gaped. He came by again as he was leaving and made her shake a bit more, it was a good show. It was however, not an Ella Fitzgerald concert, nor was it as enjoyable.
