The company's originally financing in November 1995 was for US$25 million. Obviously since then it has been spending money to explore its various projects which originally were ten and are now down to five metals projects and one oil and gas. As each metals project has completed the final independent feasibility study, so the company will need to secure financing to put the project into production. It is currently seeking bank (debt) financing and/or a joint venture partner for the Varvarinskoye project. At present, 12 different companies have signed confidentiality agreements on the oil and gas project with a view to becoming a joint venture partner. It is expected to announce the appointment of a j.v. partner sometime this summer.

Regards
Maureen
