INTC structured the bottom line to make sure of it, backloading problems in this quarter.

Why would they do that? To make the Q3 look better than it would have otherwise? If that's the case, you are undermining your own argument that Q3 and Q4 will in reality be better.

I think Intel's Q3 and Q4 will depend on which segment of the market shows strength. If Xeon is strong, it will a great 2H. If the strong demand shows up mainly for Celeron, Mendocino line and low end P-II, then the Q3 and Q4 will be the same as Q1 and Q2.
