Hi John,

I tend to think that Red Chip will be somewhat positive, but I base that just in the optimism that I have from the last conference call and some of the reasons you give - why should they ever mention VLNC again at this point; they don't need to rehash their own past misleadings.

I felt that Lev displayed confidence in the company's technology and manufacturing ability. Don Wolanchuk has been on site and seen the company's progress. He has too much to lose in his impressive stock timing record to take such a chance at looking like a fool with the obviously flamboyant statements. I'm sure he doesn't want to go back to just selling boots. And being a student of Joe Granville's, he's seen what happens to old market guru's who lose their touch.

That is not to say there is no risk. There is still plenty of that.
