Believe it or not, i just rented out my Mobile home to Janice and moved into an apartment, wow, moving up in the world. <Nobody, i mean nobody, takes 20 cents on the dollar when they can have the dollar in cash today> well you just answered that question didn't you, MPI did. apparently you have never been in business for yourself and know little about how the real world works, you along with Janice must have inherited money because you don't have any business sense and I'm sure not going to explain it to you.
