So the Federal government tells the State government that they have to pay for Viagra and then they pull the plug on reimbursements.

I guess after this the states will laugh at and thumb their noses at anything the Feds say pertaining to paying for Viagra. The PFE Anal_ysts can now cut 100 million out of their annual Viagra estimates.

BTW, MUSE will still be reimbursed by the healthcare programs for the poor.
