Perhaps you are right ...the company is cash poor. It would not surprise me that the company did indeed buy a drill...probably some antiquated piece of junk , this is not negative , I have worked with a couple of mining operations in the US ( by the way they were big ) and they always bought junk...go figure...any way maybe.. just maybe.. this is more to the tune of why they used backhoes.....and did pits...hiring a drilling contractor is very expensive...just a thought. If I remember for the reason of their late filing was that they expect
to loose $4 mil. for 97
