Hi Toni, Your a part of our BB too! Thanks for your input and questions. We are fortunate to have a lot of good people on this BB, that contribute what they can and it makes for an interesting and informative mix IMO. It's nice that we seem to be working more as a group towards a common goal these days. Most of us seem to be here for the long term, so for that group we all have the same "destiny" with respect to this investment, so it seems natural to me that we should all seek to find some common ground here and try to enjoy the ride. (G)
There are times when you can expect to get a fill on an order for DCTC below the ASK, but I don't think that this is one of them. (G) We seem to have had a steady stream of buying coming in for the past 3 days, soaking up OLIE's $1.75 shares. As Lou mentioned, it appears that the MM has been told to sell them at the $1.75 level. If a significant seller were to come in, you could still get filled. I picked up a few more shares today myself, but had to pay $1.75 for all of them which is still only about 1/3 of what they should be costing me. (G)

As you can see there were a lot of shares involved in the CC acquisition. A good many of these have been sold, but I don't know of anyone that has an exact total. I can give you my estimate, but don't take this to the bank: (G)
CC shares I believe have been sold to date:
1. Original unrestricted shares given to CC shareholders: about 500,000
2. .20 options exercised through 3/31/98: 2.8 million
3. Rough estimate of additional .20 options from 3/31/98 to present: 1 million.
4. Unrestricted shares given to minority CC shareholders last November: about 500,000
Total estimated shares sold: 4.3 million
Total of all CC shares: 8.3 million
Unaccounted for:.............4 million
less 750,000-$4 warrants:
Less unissued future options: 1-2 million?
Adjusted estimate of CC shares that could be sold at present: 1,250,000-2,250,000.
I have been told that there are some CC shareholders that are holding all of their shares and will be reaping the same rewards as the rest of us. That group would reduce these numbers by some amount..take a guess. (G)
Obviously these numbers are very rough, but I do believe support a conclusion that the worst of the selling is behind us. The way I see it we have 2 factors coming together to conclude the CC selling once and for all:
1. The simple fact that the bulk of those shares have been sold already.
2. I believe that once we reach the point where it becomes obvious to the street that Joe has a very good chance of selling DCI for multiples of where our stock is currently trading, I believe that we will see waves of buying that come in will overwhelm the remaining CC selling.
As to when this will happen we will just have to wait and see, but the potential rewards of doing so seem to justify the risks IMO. (G)
