Please!!!! consult a lawyer- regarding restated FRX financial info, "unbilled receivables", phoney performance projections and internet hype artists.For my part I will defend my comments in any court of law as honest opinion and truthful observation- anywhere, anytime. The game is over for this deal- if it survives it is going to $1 or lower.Based on trading figures I surmise there probably isn't legitimate minimum distribution in this company anyway- Crandall, Rick and Doug seem to be the last outside shareholders (how big is the bag they're holding?)Good luck guys-the forecasted "big move" is downwards, albeit on no volume because there are no buyers for this bullshit anymore.
