Mitch, I wonder if there were 'other considerations' involved. Like maybe MPI principals get a cushy management contract deal, maybe paid in options or warrants even. Or EDII principals and MPI principals have some other deal or deals going. There is a wide range of possibilities, many of the shadier ones common around this neck of the woods here. But like you say, "Nobody knows anything..." - and to me that is kinda the point. We don't really know what those assets are worth, since they weren't sold on the open market or independently appraised.
