I wonder what TNRG paid for their 90% interest in the one franchise? If it's worth, say, $1,000,000, and TNRG stock is around 10 cents, that would translate to 10,000,000 shares which would have had to be issued. No wonder the shares outstanding went up to 44,000,000! Looks like this part of TNRG's "mix" is not going to be a big contributor to earnings or cash flow for the next couple of years (unlike the heart monitor...if and when it gets FDA approval).
