Hey Hawkeye, just read the customer agreement and see what they do to YOUR account if YOU don't ante up on time. They can sell your positions or buy back in shorts and all manner of things. Just try telling them you are having technical problems and will get the money to them in a couple of weeks --- maybe. Too bad they don't live by the requirements they place on their customers.

** UPDATE **

Datek,

You have 12 Hours to put **MY** interest money into **MY**
account or I will take my business elsewhere.

If you are unable to pay me 1/12th of 4% on my balance,
I can only fear what would happen if I were to ask for
100% of my money.

Clean this mess up Datek. Pay your bills.

Sincerely,
A One Time Believer in Your Organization
