I would think IMHO that if we get flat earnings we go down to about 30 and hopefully base there......One also has to take into consideration the conference call and what they say about forward looking earnings and integration with DEC these factors may play a more important role than the actual numbers for the quarter......A positive conference call will do more for the stock than a single quarter's worth of numbers..... Just an opinion from a man with his finger's crossed......
