Dan

<<We are all outcast but for the blood of the Lamb. You no more have to give up your heritage than I do mine. >>

A tremendous attempt at reconcilliation and wonderful example of compasionate behavior.
Alan had just finished expressing some of the same feelings. I think it is great that in the heat of an argument you both can muster up enough humanity to extend a hand in peace to one another.

Let me say that from an outsiders point of view, that example of compassionate behavior is a much more compelling example of chrisitanity than 99% of what I read on this thread.

The ironic part is that I was distressed to see the two of you arguing, since I have shared many privat messages with Dan and also some with both Nancy and Alan. I know all parties to be earnest, intelligent, and compassionate people. I am glad to see that you all have the ability to rise above differences, and hopefully will able to contineu your discussion, but with more tolerance and greater compassion for the others feelings.

Thank You both,

mark

Dan;

Now see thats what I like we can communicate, some anger flared but we have settled down and we try to understand each other thats what it is all about. No matter what, we will have differences but the focus should be Jesus and the gift he gave us all, and I believe he is a just God and he will weed out the good from the bad thats his place not ours. We are to set an example and one has just bloomed.

Gods blessing to you Dan

Alan

><>...God bless you abundantly Dan...><>

You are a loving example to the body of Christ. Your testimony is ever so balanced. There is in your testimony, no compromising the word of God or the person of Jesus, that is to be commended.

May God give you the strength to continue in His ways.

1 Pt.4:7-11
7.The end of all things is near; therefore be serious and discipline yourselves for the sake of your prayers.
8. Above all, maintain constant love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins.
9. Be hospitable to one another without complaining.
10. Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received.
11.Whoever speaks must do so as one speaking the very words of God; whoever serves must do so with the strength that God supplies, so that God may be glorified in all things through Jesus Christ. To him belong the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

Take good care of yourself my brother
God is surely with you.
Shalom...><>
