Sorry guys and wheres Ron Logo?
I got out of BICO a month ago at a loss, but I was just glad
not to have to type those four letters into the search prompt
for news anymore. Wheres Ron Logo now. He is, in my albeit limited experience, the classic pump and dump artist. I've seen him on other threads and as soon as a shit stock peaks like BICO did, he moves on.
Sorry just my opinion. His predictions serve only to excite and entice people to part with good money. I'm sure he made a killing off of the run up from 1/32 to 5/16. My question, where are those of you who bought in at 5/16 and stand to watch it pull back to 1/32?
This is not meant to scare or insult, just speakin' my mind. Darin

Dave, It's my understanding that the D1000 unit needs to be calibrated
at multiple intervals ??? during it's use.Which (to me) means that a qualified individual needs to re-calibrate the unit at specific ???? time intervals for the individual paitent's protocol..This, I believe is the current "bug" in the system which keeps it from being as accurate as it should be.In other words, the more the D-1000 is re-calibrated the more accurate it performs.(But I could be mistaken)
Now, I would think that the initial calibration would be performed by an MD and/or qualified technician. However (to answer your question) once calibrated could the "at home" patient learn to do it themselves?
Excellent question..No, (I believe) that the unit must be re-calibrated by a "qualified" individual periodically , which means that the unit needs to be scheduled to be brought to a specific location, ie: clinic, to be re-calibrated.To me this is the biggest "BUG" in the system. Even though a patient gets a break from the current finger stick method, blood still needs to be drawn to calibrate the unit.

Hope this helps,

TJG
