Sorry Skeeter, but little or no earnings growth is simply not true.

Gateway earned Q2 last year $.36
Average Q2 estimate this year $.43

That is about 20% growth. Even if they only report $.40, it would still be better than 10% growth.

As for the argument about t-bills, you could make this argument about the S&P 500 as a whole. Last I checked the S&P 500 traded at a forward PE of 29, which is almost exactly where GTW is today assuming they make the estimated $2.25 for the year.

Overall market expensive? I agree.
GTW more expensive than most? Not backed up by evidence.
