rob, this fits in well with my thesis. the net is good for consumers b/c it reduces ignorance profits. i'd venture to say that upwards of 30-40% of ALL profit is supported by customer ignorance. that is, store b sells the same thing 2 blocks away for 15% less (or 70% less net profit). since i don't know i pay too much. hey, i can get a new oem version of ms office pro for $39 off the net. think i'll pay more? NOT! now, if you offer $35... $29... $20... $10... ;-)
