Geez, wonder how such a company that TheGreatWhiner picked could have gotten such a scam in???? 250mil?? The DD, which of course included perusing full financials, all SEC reporting information, verification of all PR's, total insider share information, all senior team members that have more than 5% ownership, direct contact with CEO, on site visits, contractual obligation inspection, at least a years worth of quarterly reports! Where would it all stop? But, then, what was it worth???? CREDIBILITY GAP???? TGW is in a world that Stephen King couldn't even dream up!
