Dino,

A clarification is in order. You wrote: "It seems to me you are implying that a partnership announcement isn't as close as some might think."

No. What I meant was don't 'waite' around (IMO) for a run up in the stock price back up to the $30+ range (that's where it would have to go to hurt the shorts). I wasn't implying the partnership announcement wasn't close. I've heard that it's a done deal, that it's with the Upjohn side of Pharmacia & Upjohn (PNU), that it's imminent, and that it should be announced any day now. Sorry if my post wasn't clear.

As for the remainder of what you wrote: "OR that some bad press might transpire first." I've heard that that is an understatement and could very well happen, but it depends entirely on what Jackie See does (not Waite)---(but it won't occur before the Upjohn announcement). Rumor has it that that is imminent and will occur first. The deadline on the bad press is when they apply for the Small Cap listing I suppose.

Don't ask me what the bad press is. I don't know (but perhaps that HVSF guru Luckie Sandie would know).

BTW, has anybody called Snell and asked him why they haven't applied for
the Small Cap listing yet?

Hope I've cleared things up.
