Per my Dean Witter broker IPO open price curently at $16. Shares very difficult to come by. I asked for 500 and was only able to get 100 at the IPO. I expect this one to pop.

Do you have any advice on how to pursue this? Should a person just put in a market order and pray? Or should a person watch the movement in the beginning? I would hate to get involved in a situation similar to what happen to people trying to get on the Netscape IPO. Any ideas?
