Hi BJ,

Jetcom International [JTCM.CDN] Jetcom rockets higher

JTCM moved up to #4 trader today on the Canadian Dealing Network, Toronto's OTC, with more than 400,000 shares traded. The share price touched a recent high of $0.25 before closing up one penny. JTCM is now up 50% from the time INSIDER REPORT began coverage.

Additional share price gains are expected as a result of the company's meetings with leading Canadian corporations to provide Y2K services. The Year 2000 problem got highly publicized today in a speech by U.S. President Clinton warning about "gaping holes" in government computer systems, with up to 7000 government computers that need to be fixed. Clinton is asking the US Congress to "immunize" companies from legal liabilities in order to help resolve this problem and he confirmed that fixing the problem could run into the hundreds of billions of dollars.

A new survey announced today that 4 out of 5 businesses have not begun preparations to resolve their own Y2K problems. The White House announced a March, 1999 target date to resolve this problem. Increasing awareness of the magnitude of the Y2K problem continues to help shares in such companies as JTCM.
