Greg, I'm going to be absent from the threads because I'm sick of getting sucked into so many bad stocks that I never would have known about other than blabble on SI, and also I feel a very, very strong urging to retreat and think and pray about what's coming down on our heads. Thought it hopefully was all my imagination. I guess I wasn't ready to be right. It is true what Chicken Little said. The sky is falling.

But yes, David and the lessons there and the Ark, especially....much to be said there. Let's regroup when its right and discuss more of David and his life. Untermyers book is literally mindblowing. She just reads and speaks of what is there. I've just never seen it so clear before.

Blessings upon you John. When the guys (I love to call the apostles the guys) closest to Jesus were upset because someone they didn't know and didn't maybe like what he was saying, and certainly felt that if this man saying what he was saying was serious, he would have been right there with them, Jesus and the apostles, well, do you remember what Jesus answered to their displeasure over this man speaking things about Jesus?

Our Lord said, "It's O.K. Don't you know that he who is not against me is actually for me?" He could have added, "Think about it."
But He didn't. I add that.

Think about that. He knows where you're at. No one is vaguely interested in really knowing more about Jesus unless the Father has already called them. It's all quite clear, right there in scripture, and the scripture lives itself out in our day to day.
