The Zulutek, ZuluMedia and ZuluCommerce elements of organization have formed. The ads and clients, with more coming on board, exist. The technology to deliver the ads for the clients exists. The investment to keep it all together appears to exist and would seem to be growing. Yes, it all seems to have come together nicely, though rocky has been the road. I'm hopeful that, in the end, all parties who have been a part of the Zulu and ESVS story will find a way to share in all the good that can happen. Indeed, this company has formed and is ready to go and I hope it'll be able to roll past any future obstacle placed in its way, as if there haven't been enough already. What to watch for? If the MediaMetrix ratings come through nicely, or even if we register interest enough within these ratings, the passengers on the Zulu bus will have switched to the ESVS train ready and about to pull out of the station. I can hear the whistle blowing as the Nasdaq conductor reaches out toward the Zulu ticketholders.

Aleta, thank you for making this call and reporting on it here. I do have to point out, though, that there have been sincere-sounding IR people working for ZULU before, that also gave specific dates. Those dates came and went, and I don't doubt even today that those IR people were sincere and decent people. But they don't work for ZULU any more. I am certainly more willing to pay attention to what Mr. Wachs says about when things are supposed to happen than to listen to JeffreyJ's or anyone else's hints of inside information. (A reminder that, according to Jeffrey_J, the financials are supposed to be out on the 15'th. That's tomorrow.) It's also good that we heard from the horses mouth that the plan is to call the surviving entity Enhanced. PartyTime has been writing between the lines for so long that it would be Zulu-Tek, that I'm sure that 80% of the thread believed him. But it was all speculation. Now we have some real information. We shall see soon how Mr. Wachs handles stress. August 1'st isn't far away. This certainly is the most useful post to be made here in weeks. The sad thing is, it really wasn't a very difficult feat to accomplish. She just picked up the phone and did what nobody else here would do.
