Bill: Absolutely not. I personally don't suggest or tell anyone, where to put their money, let alone their IRA. Investing is all about risk- high, medium and low. There is no such animal as no risk investing. It is up to each individual to assess the degree of risk they can handle. I told a group of high school kids a couple of months ago, invest only what they can afford to lose...and keep your fingers crossed you've done sufficient DD that you won't loose it.
