Let's hope ESVS hits the roof, since our ZULU stock will have that much more value when converted. I will be disappointed in 8:1 ratio, unless pre-5/22 shareholders of ZULU get a similar stock dividend as ESVS stockholders did. Terry, your conversion will be fair, based on a fair market value. Don't place too much stock in the Yahoo Psychic Network predictions being made from "reliable" sources. Your investment will be the same after as it was before a merger on the day it occurs. BF
