ahhaha, COX buys their telephony products from NT/ANTC through Arris Communications. I personally think NT is a much better company than LUcy,and with the addition of BAY and their software(Optivity),and hardware(Accelar Gig Ethernet), they will be so far ahead of LUcy, she better wear some Nike running shoes. Also BAY just came out with a line of IP Telephony products, which will be integrated with NT's,and the software they are using is NSPK's.
COX is doing some superior telephony work around the country, some with Sanders(Lockheed Martin), for microcell PCS Cellular over HFC. You no longer need towers, you have the microcells spaced about every 2-3 miles.

COX has a deal with ANTC/Arris for $100 million for HFC Telephony products.
I don't think the MSO's use much LUcy products, and I don't believe that they will buy many digital set tops from GIC either. The market dictates, not Malone,he is not Emperor.
I almost see LUcy as out of the loop in cable, way out of the loop,I think NT/BAY will lap them.
