Lucky Lady,
You are way ahead of the curve on me. Perhaps President Clinton agrees with you and thus his speech yesterday.
I take it that you believe that the disruption will be so great that business transactions will shrink drastically, brutalize earnings, and therefore cause stock prices to swoon ( all this accompanied by a certain degree of panic ).
You could be right on target. I have not done my homework on this issue like you have.
Either way, gold is a good bet from here on in.
All the best,

Bill

I have been following this "y2k compliance" problem since the 1st of the year (Thats when I first became aware of it). I am convinced the world wide I.T. (information technology) structure will have some problems. How severe these problems will be is the unknown equation and that's what bothers me the most. Based on these feelings I have decided , in the near future, to liquidate my stock positions and put everything in to gold/silver.

I'm open to any suggestions or comments, pro/con, on my decision.

Thanks for listening
