Sparky and Joanie, you may have already heard CNBC comments on HBOC, but the thought yesterday was HBOC had dropped interest in an acquistion, but this am someone said "THEY" were dropping interest in acquiring HBOC. Not sure what that all means as I don't follow this one, but know you do.

Joanie: sorry for the late response. Yesterday at the close I bought 1000 more shares at 31 15/16 having just sold my trading position at 35. Today I sold 2000 shs at the open for a 3pt gap up. Died and went to heaven. Then I noticed the huge selling and started buying in lots of 500 shs starting at 32 and picking some up at 29 1/2. I sold all 2000 shs at 32. Massive vol. I sold 1/2 position of PWJ at 47 5/8 at open for 3pts. Bought some NRVH at 45 3/8; USWB at 24; and MYG at 50. I think MYG will do just fine even though today's selling was due to Whirlpools poor earnings. Maytag is a better co. in mo. I hold now: NRVH, MAY, MYG, PWJ, REL, ETH, USWB, URGI, and a little ORB. I was a bit worried when I saw USWB below 24, but it came back nice. I have always wanted some of it, and now I do.
Bruce, what do you think of these stocks? what can I buy for the next run up?

Sparky

Carl: did emergency manuvers (sp) today. scary, looking for a place to land while maintaining a speed of 85mph and checking all inst. Few 2hrs today.
