Master licence agreement with Oregon Totally Hip Software Inc THW Shares issued 13,500,000 Jul 14 close $0.85 Wed 15 Jul 98 News Release An anonymous director reports Totally Hip Software's Educational division has signed a master licence agreement with the State of Oregon through the Oregon Educational Technology Consortium (OETC) for the company's WebPainter animation and graphics software. The OETC consortium members represent approximately 96 per cent of all Oregon schools. The agreement is a significant achievement for Totally Hip Software as the company continues to generate recognition and acceptance for WebPainter in the educational market. The OETC reaches nearly 100 percent of the certified educators in the state through its seasonal newsletter, sponsored training events, conferences and symposiums, as well as through its web site and resource centres around the state. The OETC distributes software products on behalf of its members and acts as an agent between school districts, the state and its approved vendors.
