Indicated in channel inventory back up reduced. CPQ did not do as well as last year but better than expected. Then cutoff due tech. problem.

He started to go into inventory reduction and pricing when he was cut off.
My thoughts: CPQ probably will not have to use pricing reduction to move product from their shelf to dealer warehouses. Since the supply demand ratio appears to have shifted dealers will begin to really need to fill orders with new product from CPQ rather than product already bought and sitting in their inventory. All of which bodes well for CPQ
