Huh?
My silly post wasn't very useful I know, few are.
You should see some of the ones I post after grave-
yard shifts, yikes.

Arbitration is least of my concerns**, if it had been
quick, likely someone would have gotten some cash.
But with it dragging on, my guess is when the
announcement comes it still wont be clear as to who
won--(A: the lawyers of course). I suppose there
is a chance that since the initial amount Alpha claimed
is now not a lot less than the market cap of Softquad,
that all this arbitration is part of some scheme for
LH to absorb SWEBF, who knows...but sheer speculation.

would like to own more
I basically have all my General Magic and Golden Eagle
profits rolled into this one...which is to say, more
than half of my profits from this year, and that is no
small amount (for me). So I guess I am getting a little
nervous--I'd have thought that things would be a little
more active by now.

I suppose you can always look to the chart for some
comfort--seems to have a solid base now, and a nice
pulse to it with pop ups every few months. If we could
just get some volume--geeze, I was waiting several
weeks for a little volume like we had yesterday to
buy my last "third", even saved an eighth over what
I'd have paid if I bot the day before.

(**So, what is my greatest concern? Well, the damn
add ons were still not at CompUSA last time I checked,
and every day they sit in a warehouse is a day they
aren't selling copies. Now you have to be happy with
the 747 add on--the box sticks out because of the nose
of that Jet--and often it is stacked right next to the
MS Flight sim boxes. But for crying out loud, they
said the new add ons shipped a couple weeks ago, let's
have em!)

Today...again no volume, the crowd holds it's breath;-)

>>I don't get the sense that a win is absolutely critical to the business

it isn't, however, it could be a windfall ($9-$12 million+, deservedly) and most likely would then be considered positive/gain attention by the street and possibly perceived as the critical mass to effectively [instant/short-term dominant market share/brand equity] launch/pursue SWEBFs substantive business units (including HMAPPS, CDWEB, XMetaL,...)...accordingly SWEBF could be in play with the street pursuant to a significant legal damages win (by August 17?) vs. in latter Q4 (NewKidCo).
