Pete, as I understood one of Dave's earlier comments, he felt the lower price was an inducement to get MAC to settle. If that is so each day as it trades lower...more pressure builds on them? Right?

You wanna buy a gold mine in MOngolia? I think MAC's share is going to be very inexpensive at this rate?

Pete, some companies will buy (or have nominees buy) to uptick their stock. It's illegal. It is illegal to move your stock to "modify" the market.
