Hi Bruce, I agree with all of your comments, good input. Per your post: "It is also my understanding, from DCI, that the next set of options are not available until November." I believe I recall that the remaining options to CC are laddered out past the year 2K. Is this your recollection as well? And is there any reason to not assume that there is a pretty good chance that we will never have to deal with the shares received from those options? (G) It would be interesting to know what % of the CC shares are still tied up awaiting those options becoming available for sure so we could deduct them from the total number that could be sold presently. Also if you see any errors in my earlier analysis, feel free to make corrections. (G) James
