Henry, I don't see #3 as an issue, most companies have a CEO and a COO, albeit companies with an actual product, business plan and a daily operation that needs to be overseen.

I'm confused about #4 The Board of Directors, once voted in, form a three or four man committee with the specific mandate of finding a CEO/President from the mining industry. .

Don't we already have an Industry Advisory Panel assigned this specific task? Possibly I've forgotten who is on the panel and if any were not voted in as directors then they would be dismissed from the current panel.

I am concerned how someone could follow this stock and this thread for quite some time and state they don't know any thing about Fred A. but know quite a bit about Sid. This seems very odd to me! Indeed very odd!

I do agree that a full time employee is not needed for watching over J&L.
