I received a "class action suit" pamphlet in the mail a few days ago regarding ongoing litigation. I have been invested in this company for nearly 2 years (back in the $1+ days) and have steadily seen the stock price plummet. I remember an article in the paper regarding a gangster/mob investigation--- people who directly threatened brokers and such to short this stock. I was in Europe last Christmas, and actually visited a Cable and Company store. The manager said they were doing very well and hoped to open additional shoe/tie stores in Europe. I don't know what's going on with the price of this stock, but somebody is definitely responsible, and I'll say one thing, it doesn't seem legit!

Just my 2 cents---

p.s.: Great volume today!--- over 10,000 shares--- imagine that!
ugh!!!
