Beats me. You should try contacting them, probably wouldn't take too much time if you have it. Speaking of research I recently presented CheckFree Corporation to an 'Investor's Club', it was very interesting. They had many good questions like "Why isn't the company better known?" and "Why isn't the stock trading higher?". I think overall they were pretty excited about CheckFree, but for me it was just fun to "open some eyes" to a new industry.

Why would Florida Light and Power not advertise. what benefit do they gain from having only 1,000 out of 3.6 million paying on line. Is this indicative of future trends? Is there something that we may be overlooking?

Yea IMO, you need a couple hundred billers, on 4 or 5 portals.
