Breaking the silence of this thread, today'S IBD YEAR 2000 PROBLEM:The Navy ''lacks key management and oversight controls''for dealing with the YEAR 2000 computer bug, said a new study by the GENERAL ACCOUNTING OFFICE. The Navy lacks a count of all the systems in need of change. It is not tracking its progress, and it still doesn't have a test strategy, the GAO said.

Floodgates are just starting to crack a little bit.Clinton's actions going to effect the sector slower than first forecasted but this could produce a more stable growth than just a zoom up and a quick retraction.ALYD management should look for ways to stimulate the rise with timely news releases whenever possible.They should pressure their clients to let them use their name and #'s now that doing so is more appropriate.Of course this is only IMHO.
