Hello TGW....... I neither care nor believe anything that you say. My interests for being here is because I am an investor in the company and use this thread to answer some questions that I may have and receive DD done by some of the other useful posters. "Isn't that strange that all of the insulting, rah rah posts are coming from these very people" This comment I have no idea your purpose of this one. These people you listed are the ones that provide the DD not these waist of time posts that you flood this thread with. Anyway that is my last response to you. Have a nice day. Orac

Although, releasing such information is not in and of itself illegal, trading based on the information is. If the SEC sees something that walks, talks, sounds, and looks like a duck, they're going to treat it like a duck! This is a publically traded company, owned by the stockholders. Have you a seen the stockholders bill of rights? What are your rights as a GLOW stockholder and why do you think they are any different than those for coca cola or any other publically traded company? What bill of rights? Do you think that owning stock in a company automatically entitles one to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? BTW, my standing as a GLOW stockholder is no different than my standing as a Microsoft stockholder. That DOESN'T mean that because I can call up Microsoft and receive extensive financial information on the company that I should be able to call up GLOW and receive the same type of extensive financial information. What it DOES mean is that just like I am entitled to the same material information on Microsoft as has been divulged to the general public, so too am I entitled to the same material information on GLOW that has been divulged to the general public. Just because I'm a GLOW stockholder doesn't mean I'm in some kind of secret club that has access to all kinds of privileged info! I do indeed have more than a minimal grasp of the stock market. Your patently apparent ignorance of the concept of insider information suggests otherwise. One never beats a horse whether alive or dead. I don't care if the horse is alive, dead, sick, or winning the Kentucky Derby, you've beaten the holy living hell out of it! In this case GLOW cannot seem to stand up to even the most elementary analysis. What analysis? I don't understand you, T.G.W. You claim you can't get any information on GLOW, then you claim it doesn't stand up to the "most elementary analysis". How can you analyze it if you don't have any information?? If it could you would not be bringing up the smoke and mirrors! Right? Again, I ask you, what smoke and mirrors? I have never made any claims about GLOW that aren't true and can't be independently and very easily verified. I have merely surgically rebuffed your posts point by point. I am the opposite of smoke and mirrors. I do not ever respond to merely a portion of your post or your post in totality. Anyone can respond to a post with a sweeping, "your wrong" without addressing any of the specific posts. You want to talk about smoke and mirrors, take a look at your responses to my posts! I have not done any analysis on the following assertions, they are merely "guesstimates". However, they probably aren't too far off from reality: Over the course of our mutual exchange, I have probably made some 20-30 specific points directly or indirectly related to GLOW that either contradict or are inconsistent with what your have posted. I would be hard pressed to find a single instance of you specifically refuting what I have put forth. Yada.yada.yada. I have noticed that several posters seem to post on the same stocks and ask and receive questions from one another.Yada.yada.yada. I am honored to have been included on the same list as Brad and Cheryl. However, I have never received a question from either of them and if my memory serves me correctly (it is failing in my old age), I don't believe I have ever even received a post or a PM from either of them.
