My friend Jeff:

MatriDigm's top sales guy quit, and went to ALYD,a few months ago.
Now he is just bringing his customers over to ALYD.
Looks like MD will now get nothing from Northrup Grumman.
Northrup Grumman will now give y2000 business to ALYD.
Just another reason for Zit longs to sell.

your friend, michael

Ouch! is not necessary. The alliance with Alydaar is not a "replacement" for MatriDigm. Here is the statement from Northrop Grumman's web-site:

>> We recently delivered and reintegrated 1.7 million lines of Cobol code for the Army with no rework being needed. Our business partner in this effort was MATRIDIGM, a factory service provider with the capability of delivering over 20 million lines per month of remediated code. Where the Year 2000 situation involves other languages, we partner with other vendors with demonstrated capabilities to provide highly effective solutions in their markets. <<
