Virgo

If I really knew "inside stuff" I would not have invested in this one. But sorry to say that yes I am a shareholder. They put on a good show. I guess that I am SLOW, I invested more than I should have. Now I guess I can wallpaper my house.

I am not close enough to Santa Ana to go to the hearing to see how things are going so my information, about it, has to come from SI.

Virgo, are you a shareholder? Are you able to go attend the hearing?

Your Friend, Slow

Hello everyone....Hello Big Guy.....been away for a while.....so I guess it has all finally come out "in the wash", so to speak....I have heard a couple different versions of WWWC's outcome in court....one was that Michaels agreed to step down as long as there would be no further charges brought against him (or that he would have to answer for) and that a receivership would begin in two weeks.... and I also heard he bought time.....I am unsure of what the truth is....the attorney is also very hard to reach....if anyone has info, please post...CK (Big Guy), I slowly shake my head and sigh in dismay, wishing you and Harb would have taken heed sooner...yes, we gave you as much information as we could to forewarn you....Shakespeare said "Forewarned is forearmed", but we understand that sometimes hoping against hope leads to blindness of the very obvious.....however, judgement day has come for PM et. al and now we can only hope for a brighter future.....We wish you all the best of luck...(yes, WE, as I am not alone, as many of you know) As a post-script, my understanding is Lisowski has been Michaels attorney in Vegas since day one and has had his ups and downs with PM as well...I understand he is "less than honorable" in some of his dealings, but then again, it seems as if most people in Michaels "entourage" are of the same breed as he....
