Thasseus, good post. I agree JL has made a huge financial commitment to FASC.

What I don't understand is your comment" why should he give up too significant a portion of his interesting the company." That is exactly what he is threatening to do for all the stockholders. This is what happens when you issue more shares, dilution! Simple arithmetic.

The only dilution that doesn't hurt the CEO is when the CEO fills the issue. It seems however JL is already over spent and the issue will probable go to cover debt.
