John I know the SEC is out to get GE a blind man can see that and one very long battle at that,it is funny though, that we have got no news from GE ,makes one guess that any further news releases that the SEC has to see it first. Turner did mention a firm will be signed up with in 10 days did he not Why no news on who they are talking to,why no news on financial statement maybe it is all done the SEC has it in their hands and not just gave stamp of approval,maybe they just sitting on the matter and the company goes farther in debt. The old saying take a number please.
