I don't agree that PKS ought to be sold off, David. ÿ They look like they might be a key part of Crowe's IP/CTI "swat team:"

"PKS was selected to provide the overall IT architecture and implementation, maintenance, and systems outsourcing of the core Internet business applications..."

While they remain busy landing and maintaining their own customers, they are in a great position to feed IP business customers to LVLT's fold, and can probably be "tasked" to support sales initiatives in LVLT's future. JMHO.

Anyone notice the stock split announcement 2:1 and the 700 million agreement with Internext. Could be a good day today.
