SSTI announcement.

Why would the SSTI annoucement be negative for SNDK? My guess is that the fear, uncertainty, and doubt surrounding IBM's decision has been resolved. SNDK is in a nice position now, since it has cross licensing agreements with SSTI, which inherently means it also has some type of agreement now with IBM. Even if IBM starts producing products and SSTI gets the licensing fees, all it will mean is that IBM will create a market and demand for a product--and that SNDK will be able to produce that same product. At worst it is neutral news, and at best it is a slight positive. It may not be THE VERY BEST news for SNDK, but then, the stock price doesn't reflect expectations of the very best news happening.
