Gregg I agree with you on several points.Like Moores Law,the more you produce of a product the cheaper it should become to produce as we hit critical mass numbers.Another interesting angle is the fact that the GSM infrastructure has been and continues to be installed in large numbers around the world.QUALCOMM would take advantage of there ability to overlay the installed GSM system with a CDMA interface and expand there market for subscriber products while Ericy struggles to make there first GSM phone.Of course QUALCOMM could help them out with there fifth or sixth generation ASIC by then.
