John,

Pardon my ignorance, as I have not been following this company for many years as you have. However, it strikes me that we were all invested in Onconase, and the drug failed. Was there something that Alfacell management did, or did not do, to make that happen? Is there something that we could have done to make the drug work better? These are sincere questions, please treat them as such. I'm reeling in pain too.

I for one want to study this case carefully and learn what I can. One loss like this is more than enough.

David

John - unfortunately there may be very little to take control of. I understand your frustration but don't see any criminal charges. As pointed out in all the prospectus, this is a development company and the risks are great.
